ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It provides a framework for organisations to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements and enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of the system. ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001:2015 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). This standard provides a framework for organisations to improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders. TechPoint Golledge has been certified to ISO 14001:2015 since 2017.

AEO Certification

Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status is a globally recognised certification. It demonstrates that our business plays a secure role in the international supply chain and adheres to customs control procedures that meet the established AEO standards and criteria.

Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking

One of our core values is the upholding of responsible and fair business practices and we are committed to maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in relation to our business activities. Our anti-slavery policy describes the steps we take to ensure slavery or human trafficking does not take place in our business or within our supply chain.

Anti-WMD Policy

We are also keenly aware of the responsibility we hold as suppliers to the electronics industry. To this end due to ethical considerations we do not knowingly supply products for use in the production of nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction.

Asbestos Non-Use Declaration

An Asbestos Non-Use Declaration is a statement made by companies to confirm that their products do not contain asbestos and that no processes associated with asbestos are used in their production. This declaration is important for ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting human health and the environment from the harmful effects of asbestos exposure. No TechPoint Golledge products contain asbestos or use processes associated with asbestos.

Conflict Free Minerals Statement

Manufacturers have a responsibility to ensure that the minerals used in their products such as tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold (commonly referred to as 3TG) are sourced responsibly and do not fund armed conflicts. This ensures that they align with regulations like the Dodd-Frank Act in the U.S. or the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation and emphasises supply chain due diligence to trace the origin of these materials.

The TechPoint Golledge companywide Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) database is available for download below and provides standardised data reporting for country of origin, smelters, suppliers and refiners data.

The company level Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) database for TechPoint Golledge is also available to download below and contains the reporting data required for Cobalt and Mica within our supply chain.

Component counterfeiting is a global problem that can lead in the worst case to failure in the field scenarios. We take every measure we can to make sure our customers are always protected by maintaining full traceability, ensuring robust supply procedures, strong official distributor relationships and strictly controlled supply processes. Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed certification scheme designed to help organizations protect themselves against common cyber threats. By implementing the recommended controls, businesses reduce their risk of common cyber threats like malware and phishing attacks protecting themselves as well as clients and partners.

GoGreen Scheme

The GoGreen Scheme is an initiative aimed at reducing the environmental impact of businesses by offsetting their carbon emissions. As a global supplier shipping to over sixty countries, we are aware our logistics can cause a significant impact on the environment.

For this reason, TechPoint Golledge is a member of the DHL GoGreen Solutions scheme. Our preferred carrier DHL provide the GoGreen scheme, purchasing carbon credits from specialist brokers which directly offset our business carbon impact completely. The GoGreen scheme funds climate protection projects which comply with the Clean Development Mechanism established in the Kyoto Protocol including water purifiers, wind power plants, reforestation and many more. Halogen Free Declaration

The IEC 61249-2-21 standard defines the requirements for materials to be classified as halogen-free. This standard is particularly relevant for materials used in electronic products, such as printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Ozone Depleting Declaration

An Ozone Depleting Declaration is a statement made by companies to confirm that their products do not contain any substances that deplete the ozone layer. These substances known as ozone-depleting substances (ODS) include chemicals like chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), halons and other related compounds that can cause significant harm to the ozone layer when released into the atmosphere. We guarantee that TechPoint Golledge products contain no ozone depleting substances.

Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP)

Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) are toxic chemical substances that persist in the environment, accumulate in living organisms, and pose significant risks to human health and the environment. TechPoint Golledge takes its responsibility to the environment seriously and in addition to our environmental policy, we ensure that no persistent organic pollutants are used within our supply chain.

Proposition 65

Proposition 65, officially known as the ‘Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986’ is a California law aimed at protecting the state's drinking water sources from being contaminated with chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm (www.p65warnings.ca.gov). All TechPoint Golledge products comply with the California Proposition 65 and do not contain any of the chemicals listed within Proposition 65.

REACH & SVHC

REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. It is a European Union regulation that came into force on 1st June 2007. The main aim of REACH is to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals. Red Phosphorous

Red phosphorus (CAS number 7723-14-0) is an allotrope of phosphorus and is a controlled substance in many countries. Our quality processes ensure no red phosphorus is used in any of our production processes.

Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive is a European Union regulation that aims to reduce the environmental and health risks associated with hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. It effectively bans the use of certain substances in new electrical and electronic equipment products launched onto the market. The banned substances are lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (CRVI) along with Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB) or Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE). Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

The 'Toxic Substances Control Act' (TSCA) authorises the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate and screen all chemicals produced or imported into the United States to prevent unreasonable risks to health and the environment. TechPoint Golledge’s products do not contain any of the listed restricted Persistent, Bio-accumulative and Toxic (PBT) substances.
