Every position is calculated from time
A satellite fix is not a measurement of place. It is a measurement of how long signals took to arrive, worked out against a reference carried on board the aircraft. Let the wrong band through and the fix degrades. Let the reference drift under vibration and the fix degrades with it.
Everything the aircraft knows about where it is rests on the quality of that timing reference, and on the chain that protects it.
From antenna to autopilot
An aircraft flying beyond sight depends on three chains working at once: one to know where it is, one to send back what it sees, one to stay under command. We supply into all three.
Here's where we sit in your signal chain
GNSS · NTN / satcom · high-band datalink · resilient timing.

GNSS interference is rising. Is your BVLOS drone RF and timing chain ready?
GNSS jamming and spoofing incidents are rising. The four RF and timing challenges every UAV designer must address: acquire, reject, hold and link.

What breaks first in a hostile signal environment
Walking the chain from antenna to autopilot: what degrades first when the environment turns, why vibration is the quiet enemy, and why timing sits underneath everything else.

Why TechPoint Golledge
01
Performance under hostile conditions
Components chosen for the environment the aircraft actually flies in: vibration, interference and contested signal conditions.
02
Obsolescence management
Platforms outlive their parts. We keep programmes supplied through part changes, last-time buys and end-of-life notices.
03
Support through the design process
Our engineers work with yours from first schematic onwards, not after the board is already laid out.
04
The whole journey
Present at every stage of the signal chain, so the parts either side of any decision come from people who understand both.
Frequency Control specialists since 1984.
