Product Description

The HCD331 oven controlled oscillator with CMOS output features tight temperature stability with options as good as ±20ppb, as well as a low profile 36 x 27 x 15mm package. Available with supply voltage 5.0V at frequencies from 13.0 ~ 20.0MHz, this OCXO also features excellent aging specifications, as good as <±3 x 10-9 per day, and very good frequency stability over operating temperature ranges as wide as -20 to +70°C.
