The GTXO-C31L is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

Available with 3.3V supply voltage, the GTXO-C31L presents a low power consumption TCXO solution with excellent frequency stability, low phase noise and low jitter as standard.

The GTXO-C31L is available with a choice of operating temperature ranges, incuding -40 to +85°C industrial temperature range, and features 15pF CMOS driving ability, in addition to extremely fast rise/fall time of 5ns.

This temperature compensated oscillator comes with miniature 3.2 x 2.5mm ceramic package with metal lid, and has enable/disable functionality as standard.
