The GTXO-83V is supplied on tape and reel. 1k pcs per reel is the standard T&R pack size for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GTXO-83V TCXO solution features a miniature 5.0 x 3.2mm package and offers frequency stability as tight as ±1.0ppm at frequencies from 9.5 ~ 45.0MHz, in addition to ±8ppm minimum frequency adjustment via voltage control. The GTXO-83T operates on specification at any supply voltage from 2.4V to 3.6V.

Internal improvements have been made to the GTXO-83V which will take effect for new designs as of Q1 2020, and which enhance the phase noise and frequency stability performance of this component, whilst limiting the maximum operating supply voltage to 3.6V and limiting the lowest available frequency to 9.5MHz. All other product parameters are enhanced or remain unchanged by the replacement IC. There are no changes to form or fit.
