The GTXO-253T is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GTXO-253T temperature compensated oscillator is entirely suited for a range of tight stability applications including GPS as it features frequency stability as tight as ±0.5ppm, fast start up time of 3ms maximum, and a miniature 2.5 x 2.0mm package.

The GTXO-253T is available in your choice of supply voltage, from 1.8V-3.6V, and requires low supply current of 1.5~2.0mA.

This TCXO also features good phase noise characteristics and superbly low ageing of only ±1.0ppm maximum first year ageing.
