Greater Stratum 3 Capabilities: Introducing miniature SM 7.0 x 5.0mm TCXOs, the GTXO-73 and GTXO-C73

We're very proud to introduce the GTXO-73T, GTXO-73V, GTXO-C73T and GTXO-C73V, four new Stratum 3 compliant temperature compensated oscillators in miniature SM 7050 packages. 

GTXO-73T and GTXO-73V increase our clipped sine output Stratum 3 range capability

The GTXO-73T and GTXO-73V TCXOs from Golledge offer Stratum 3 performance with clipped sine output, all in a miniature 7.0 x 5.0mm package. 

Both the GTXO-73T and GTXO-73V feature excellent stability of ±4.6ppm over 20 years, inclusive of frequency stability over temperature, voltage, load, 20 years of ageing and shock and vibration. 

There are two temperature stability testing options of ±0.14ppm over -20 to +70°C, and ±0.28ppm over -40 to +85°C available for both of these products.

Both the GTXO-73T and the GTXO-73V are available with supply voltage of either 3.3V or 5.0V, require supply current of 3.5mA, and have fast warm up time of 2.0ms maximum. 

The GTXO-73V with voltage control has a pulling range of ±5.0ppm over control voltage range of 0.5V ~ 2.5V. 

The GTXO-73 increases the range of TCXOs with stratum 3 capabilities from Golledge Electronics.


GTXO-C73T and GTXO-C73V provide excellent Stratum 3 compliant CMOS output

The GTXO-73T and GTXO-C73T provide stratum 3 capability with clipped sine output in an ultra-miniature package temperature compensated oscillator.

The GTXO-C73T and GTXO-C73V are temperature compensated oscillators offering Stratum 3 stability with CMOS output. 

The GTXO-C73T and GTXO-C73V feature the same excellent stability of ±4.6ppm over 20 years, fast start up time and ultra-miniature package but have CMOS output instead of clipped sine. The GTXO-C73T and GTXO-C73V both have driving ability of 15pF.

All four products also feature excellent phase noise characteristics including close in phase noise as good as -130dBc/Hz @ 100Hz.

The GTXO-73T, GTXO-73V, GTXO-C73T and GTXO-C73V are all also available with enable/disable tri-state functionality in a ten pad 7.0 x 5.0mm package.
