The 5.0V MCSO2EL oscillator is available over low frequency range of 10.0~50.0kHz. Specially developed for extreme environments the MCSO2EL has optional -55 to +200°C operating temperature range, ideal for applications such as down-hole, avionics and geothermal. This oscillator also features excellent shock and vibration resistance.

The GMCF-45 45G20B3 4 pole crystal filter from Golledge with centre frequency of 45MHz features a 20kHz 3dB bandwidth and is available in multiple packages, including both UM-1 and UM-5 style leaded packages and UM-1J and UM-5J surface mount packages. The RV-3049-C3 is no longer recommended for new designs but is suitable as a drop in replacement and features superb timing stability, temperature compensation and SPI bus interface in a miniature 3.7 x 2.5mm surface mount package. Wide operating temperature ranges of -40 to +125ºC are available as is AEC-Q200 qualification and full PPAP documentation on request.

The GVXO-25 is no longer recommended for new designs, instead please consider the GVXO-41F for a more cost-effective solution for standard applications. The GVXO-25 does provide low phase noise characteristics, in addition to frequency pullability of ±200ppm. The GVXO-25 comes in a 14 pin DIL (full size) package, and has CMOS/TTL compatible output.

Available over a wide range of high frequencies, from 52.0 ~ 160MHz, the GVXO-32S offers the engineer superbly low jitter performance, whilst maintaining a fast start up time of only 10ms maximum. A range of frequency stability and frequency pullability options are available making this voltage controlled oscillator suitable for a range of applications.

The Golledge GVXO-37N voltage controlled oscillator is perfect for projects that require very high frequencies (up to 170MHz) with negative supply. Available over a wide frequency range of 12.0 to 170MHz, the GVXO-37N produces complementary ECL output and allows wide frequency pullability of ±100ppm, with other options available. 

The GVXO-37P voltage controlled oscillator features fast start up and fast rise / fall times, with inbuilt enable / disable tristate functionality. The GVXO-38N with negative supply voltage of -5V provides complementary ECL output at ultra high frequencies from 600 ~ 700MHz. This VCXO features voltage control with better than 10% linearity and negative slope. The GVXO-38N voltage controlled oscillator also features fast start up time of 10ms maximum, and commercial operating temperature range of -10 to +70°C.

The Golledge GVXO-38P voltage controlled oscillator with +5V positive supply, uses a high reference frequency to produce UHF complementary PECL output. Available in ultra high frequencies of 600 ~ 700MHz, this VCXO also features excellent frequency stability and pullability options.

If you need wide frequency pullability of up to ±200ppm at frequencies from 1.544 ~ 30.0MHz, then the GVXO-41F could be the component you need for your latest project. Requiring 5.0V supply voltage, the GVXO-41F voltage controlled oscillator is also optionally available at industrial operating temperature range.

The GVXO-43F is available from 1.544 ~ 33.0MHz and has a wide range of frequency stability and pullability options, up to ±15ppm and ±150ppm respectively. This component requires 3.3V supply voltage and is optionally available with industrial operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C. 

Perfect for lower frequency, low cost applications that require a voltage controlled oscillator, the GVXO-43H is available at frequencies from 1.544 ~ 30.0MHz and offers a wide range of frequency stability and pullability options. 

Offering high frequency output of up to 125MHz in a DIL-14 Package, the GVXO-44F voltage controlled oscillator also features a wide range of possible frequency stability and pullability options. The GVXO-44F has 3.3V supply voltage requirement and has driving ability of 30pF CMOS.

The GVXO-55F provides a voltage controlled oscillator built around a high frequency fundamental mode crystal, available up to 78MHz. With 5.0V supply voltage, voltage control provides better than 10% linearity over the voltage range +2.5 ±2.0V. The VCXO2EV is the ideal voltage controlled oscillator solution for harsh environments. Available with good pulling range over multiple operating temperature range options, including the extreme temperature range of -10 to +210°C, the VCXO2EV also features fast start up and good shock and vibration resistance up to 10,000g.

The CM7V-T1A surface mount watch crystal offers high shock and vibration resistance within a miniature ceramic package with metal lid. Optional automotive and military operating temperature ranges means this 32.768kHz crystal is available for a wide range of applications. Low ESR option also available.
